Lucy (ex-DocuSign, ex-Gartner, ) is a commercially-minded operator with 10+ years’ experience in sales and growth, and a deep passion for helping early-stage B2B tech companies find their feet — and their traction.

As the first commercial hire at an Aussie AI startup, she helped lead the business through an 11x revenue jump, building Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success from the ground up with limited resources — and launching GTM strategies across APAC and the US.

Most recently, Lucy has built sales & retention processes, created positioning & messaging frameworks, influenced product roadmaps and designed GTM strategy for early-stage B2B start-ups across multiple industries.
